nose loading and side cargo door for oversized airfreight

If you have a logistics problem in the form of oversized pieces of machinery or parts essential to your business that are on the other side of the globe, and urgently needed for your day-to-day operations, then the Boeing 747 400F nose loader aircraft may be the answer for your business dilemma. The 747 400F nose loader can carry well over 100 ton of freight with a range at max weight of approximately 7,500 kilometres.

The cargo can be loaded through the nose for long pieces with a width up to 2.67m and height of 2.49m. The aircraft also has a main deck side cargo door slightly bigger than the nose door with a width of 3.4m and height of 3.1m able to accommodate 6 metre (20-foot) containers. The 747F can carry 13 six metre containers and 5 three meter containers or a mixture of the above with lower cargo compartment hold able to accommodate LD1, LD3, LD6 and LD9 and other ULDs (aircraft cargo containers).
